Homeowner OSSF Education Workshops (In-Person)
Friday, March 8, 2024, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. or 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Liverpool City Hall, 8901 County Road 171, Liverpool, TX 77577
There are hundreds of thousands of on-site sewage systems in our region, and many of them are failing. Failing systems can pollute area waterways and increase the likelihood of waterborne illness.
Join the Houston-Galveston Area Council for a free two-hour on-site sewage system homeowner education workshop in the Liverpool community. During this free course participants will learn about on-site sewage facilities (OSSFs) and how to protect their property and health through regular inspection and maintenance. This course is designed to instruct and educate homeowners on the basics of septic system and OSSF maintenance. It does not provide for or allow homeowners to inspect their own aerobic system in place of a maintenance contract. After completion of the course, eligible attendees may qualify for a no-cost system pump out.
Registration is not required. Contact [email protected] for more information.
